WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Normal check-in time is 5:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. You do NOT have to come to the Rental Office to check-in or check-out!
CAN I USE GPS FOR DIRECTIONS TO THE RENTAL OFFICE?
Not recommended. Most GPS systems are not updated for this area. Please print out and follow the written directions provided to you.
WHAT AREA OF THE LAKE IS NORRIS LAKE CABIN RENTAL’S LOCATED?
We have properties on the North Side of the Lake which are east of I-75 and off 25W/63E located from Deerfield Resort to Blue Springs Bock Dock, Markers 10-15. We also feature properties on the quieter side – the South side of Norris Lake between Hickory Star Marina and Lone Mountain Boat Dock, Markers 26 -30.
DO YOU HAVE ANY PROPERTIES THAT ALLOW PETS?
North Side: Perfect Getaway, 5 Star View, Blue House and Cabin at the lake.
South Side: Patchwork Paradise, Eagles Nest, MaCook Lodge, Mountains Lake Retreat, Other Side of Mountain, Eagles Landing, Quiet Waters, Heaven Sent, The View, The Bird House, Vista Lael Lodge, lakeview Lodge, Pirates Cove & Bridgeview
ARE BED LINENS AND TOWELS SUPPLIED?
Yes. Bed linens are supplied for the number of beds per cabin. One bath towel/wash cloth per person is provided and one dish cloth and dish towel. PLEASE bring swimming towels.
HOW FAR IS THE NEAREST GROCERY?
Approximately 30 minutes from most properties. We suggest getting groceries on your way to check in.
IF WE HAVE MORE THAN OUR ALLOTTED GROUP, WILL WE HAVE TO LEAVE?
Yes, our homes are set up to accommodate only the maximum guests that each home can hold. If we are notified by a neighbor that there are more people than the home will accommodate, your group will be asked to vacate the property without a refund of amount paid and your security deposit (if applicable) could be forfeited.
DO YOU OFFER TRAVEL INSURANCE?
