• You will receive an email a week prior to arrival with a lockbox code or digital lock code allowing for entry to the rental home.
  • You will receive an email a week prior to arrival with the rental’s address and step by step directions to the property.
  • WARNING!! NOT ALL GPS DEVICES ARE ACCURATE IN THIS AREA, so please use our directions to the property.
  • We no longer require guests to check-in at our office, so once you have entered the rental home call 800-883-7406, & select option 6 to leave a message stating you have checked in and to report any damages you may see.
  • You will also receive the property manager’s cell phone number if you should need anything during your stay.

CHECK OUT TIME IS 11:00 A.M. on the scheduled date of departure, NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you are still on the Property when the cleaning crew arrives, you will be charged an additional day’s rental fee if you refuse to leave when asked.
We require the return of all keys. Such keys are to be returned where they were found upon departure. If the keys are not returned at all, you will be charged $250.00 in order for us to replace the locks. To avoid lock replacement of $250.00 please make sure to return all keys to the lock boxes and dock card and extra keys on the kitchen counter. If gate key for boat docks are not returned upon check out there will be an additional $250.00 fee.
Report any damages or maintenance needs. If there has been any damage of any sort please report it prior to check out. This will insure proper execution of you damage waiver insurance.
Checkout Duties:
  • Wash and dry all dishes, cookware, utensils, etc. and put such items in the proper places.
  • Remove all food from refrigerator.
  • Return all furniture to original location.
  • Put all trash in plastic bags and place in trash container.
  • Check closets, dressers, and under beds for personal belongings.We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. When requested by you, items turned in by housekeeping will be returned COD with a $25.00 shipping fee. Items which are unclaimed after thirty (30) days shall be donated to charity.
  • Turn off all lights.
  • Close and lock all windows and doors.
  • Strip beds that were used and put all dirty sheets and towels by the washing machine.Do not put comforters, Mattress pads or bed spreads with dirty or wet linens.
  • Please start a load of towels.
